The unbeaten run of Tigre has been cut by Arsenal Sarandi in the last round. However, not the current ranking, but the Averages table’s one is what concerns the hosts. It was a bad play for the team that is under huge threat of relegation- they started very carefully and didn’t show good respond after they had conceded a hit- on contrary the fast attacks of Arsenal (who were playing almost with the whole first- choice squad) looked more dangerous. Carlos Chino Luna would strengthen the attack.

Argentinos Juniors have raised a bit their self confidence with the Cup victory over Aldosivi that proved them as one of the toughest opponents on the road. Both Tigre and Argentinos will face each other after ten days for that tournament. The Astrada’s men played pretty well against Estudiantes and deserved at least a point. Fabián Bordagaray is ready to appear up- front, but we believe the defence would have a lot of work today. The hosts should be slight favorites, but we don’t see value in that, so a draw seems more attractive.
