Botev will try to change their tactic after the unfruitful performance of the attacking duo Ivan Kokonov- Branimir Kostadinov. Both young men were isolated on the flanks and couldn’t take advantage from two decent opportunities up- front in the first half. The defence is their stronger part of the play and the loss by Cherno More in the last round was due to a single mistake. Botev are not doomed at home and with the thrilling Levski even a point could be expected.

The Blues didn’t have many good opportunities in Plovdiv and were outplayed by Loko for the Cup. There was nothing left from the inspired passing play on the flanks against Montana and it is obvious that Levski would have problems with the other sides from the top. The central striker Junior (from Slavia) is a native goalscorer, but so many different players behind him, he would need time to take his spot in the team.
