Last years were very hard for Tottenham in the competition with United. After their brilliant defending in the last weeks the Spurs were surprised by Arsenal and made very poor performing in the London’s derby. Walcott used the huge empty spaces in the left hand side of the Tottenham’s defence and the Redknapp’s midfielders were absolutely outplayed in pressing fight in the center. That and the absence of Parker put them in big danger against the Red Devils. The play of Bale didn’t work in the second half and we only can praise the Modric’s sight which was on its usual level.
The team from Manchester is probably the best eleven in the last minutes of the games. We saw it again in their tough visit to inspired Norwich last week, where the old men Scholes and Giggs made the anniversary of the latter unforgettable. As all we know this happy ends will not happen in every meeting and considering the injured issues of the guests, this match should be a complicate one. The Evra’s job would be more than usual with the lack of Valencia alongside him. Both sides have decreased the quality of their performing recently and the draw would be a fair result.
