Marseille
We can not expect many goals here for sure. Brest are playing as they defend a fortress. They succeeded to maintain the 0-0 in the tough visit to Ajaccio, where not only the events on the pitch were against them, but the inhospitality of their opponents’ fans (and Coulibaly suffered from that). However, we saw weaknesses in the defence and distracted actions at the back, so today the fortress will be in big danger. They were the worse side in a second match in a row against novices (Dijon 1-1 and Ajaccio 0-0) and were happy to draw both. This time the lone Ben Basat hardly would help them.
Marseille will have whole week to recover after this game before the next Ligue 1 fixture and that gives them support to push their abilities to the limit searching the victory in Brest. They outplayed Valenciennes in all aspects of the game a week ago and we could say that the attacking football they play should bring more points after Andre Ayew and Amalfitano showed quality up- front. The midweek last minute success over Inter for Champions League will additionally boost their spirits.
