QPR played very good second period in their visit to Balckburn and we saw how creative they could be. There weren’t Cisse and Helguson up- front, but it was another Mackie’s day. The goalscorer took advantage from the unconvincing full- back Orr and we can affirm the improvement in the QPR forwards’ movements. Taarabt is trying to regain his playmaker role and with his good shots from distance we’ll not be surprise of the Moroccan midfielder score very soon. The hosts don’t hesitate to score against the bottom sides, but suffer from lack of consistent and rarely play both parts of a game on high level.
The good form of Fulham at home wasn’t in big danger by Stoke in the last round. The London’s side started with the newcomer Pogrebnyak on the top and the Russian showed that could be trusted with a hit and a few nice efforts. Dempsey needs someone else to score alongside him after he has become the main findnetter of the side and the former Stuttgart man is an option. Ruiz and Dembele have very good footwork and dribbling and all these things are saying about the wellbeing of the front line. But the defence is not so stable and conceded goals on the road.
Tip: Over 2.5 goals Odds: 2.00 Stake: 6/10
