The bad run of five consecutive games without a victory for Chelsea continued in the Champions League. The troubles of the manager Villas- Boas are growing and it seem that Abramovich would lose patience very soon, despite the confidence of the Portuguese. We saw another game where the defenders couldn’t communicate properly, with the newcomer Cahill still incapable to replace the missing Terry, who is the leader of the line. Torres probably has lost his whole faith in himself after the bad appearance for the FA Cup against Birmingham. We could day that the loss by the inspired Napoli wasn’t a big surprise, but also we can not ignore the insistence of the smart Drogba, supported strongly y Mata and Sturridge. We believe Chelsea must unleash the attacking potential (not only trying to play for their manager) against one of the weakest defence in Premiership.
On the other hand, Bolton are always ready for open away game and considering the seriousness of their position we could see one. The guests are boosted by the FA Cup victory over Millwall with the progressive attackers Ryo Miyaichi and David Ngog, who scored the hits. The defence have almost the same problems (exactly they have given Cahill to Chelsea) and with the many lost battles in the air even from Wigan, we should be very naive to believe that they can avoid at least two goals at Stamford Bridge. We expect good attacks by the opponents and not convincing defending.
Tip: Over 3.0 goals Odds: 1.88 Stake: 7/10
or Chelsea -1.5 Odds: 1.85 (The odds are dropping and the value is flying away...)
