Both sides are unconvincing recently and are swaying in the league standing. After the negative series Malaga succeeded to grab the three points in the derby with Sevilla, but were disappointing in Granada. The performance of the defence has significantly dropped and Demichelis became a victim of the mistakes in the heart of the line. Rondon looked isolated at most of the time and the insistent of Cazorla and Fernandez was killed in the end of the game, when the other side explodes with pressure. However, the hosts are more quality team with better combinations.
Mallorca are in the middle of mediocre season- we have seen them fighting for Europe or in even worst situation than the present one. There wasn’t football on the pitch, despite their victory over the in- crisis Betis. The visitors will play with very injured defence and that puts them as slight outsiders.
