Real Madrid made official the signing of Canales

It's official Sergio Canales will play at Real Madrid over the next six seasons . The club has confirmed the signing through  the club's official website.

"Real Madrid  and  Racing  Santander have reached an agreement for the transfer of the player Sergio Canales Madrazo. The contract, which will link the player to Real Madrid CF for the next six seasons, will enter into force from 1 July 2010 " the statement said.

 The 18-year-old attacking midfielder is one of the greatest prospects in the Spanish football. He has already 5 goals on his account this season although he started as regular only in seven games. Racing fans will long remember his extraordinary performance in the visit of Sevilla taken with 2-1.
