Gignac sidelined for nearly a month

Suffered a torn muscle against Lyon, Pierre-Andre Gignac will take three weeks of rest. That means that the French national player will probably fail for the friendly against Spain on 3rd March. That is a huge blow for Toulouse coach Alain Casanova, who has to cope without his main weapon in the attack.

Gignac will miss his first game in Ligue 1 since May 2008, ending the series of 61 consecutive games.
