Tottenham brings in former player Younes Kaboul

The transfer of the young French defender will give a financial boost for Portsmouth, as the club will receive around J5m. The 24-year old previously played for Hotspurs until August 2008. Tottenham are in need to strengthen the defensive department for the 4th place battle.
