Brian Laws is the new Burnley manager

Burnley have finally announced the successor of Owen Coyle. The 48-year-old Laws will have the difficult task to keep the Clarets out of the relegation zone with one of the tightest budgets in Premiership. 

Laws has coached previously the teams of Grimsby, Scunthorpe and Sheffield Wednesday, however, he does not have experience on top level. He started his playing career with the Clarets, and has a long term affinity for the club.

Brian Laws first test to prove his abilities will be on Saturday against Manchester United.
