Espanyol look for reinforcement in Italy

Espanyol is searching primarily in the Italian market for new players. The spotlight is on striker Marcelo Zalayeta (31 years) and Pablo Daniel Osvaldo (23), both belonging to  Bologna. Bernardo Corradi from Udinese is another option. Zalayeta and Corradi, both  know the Spanish Liga after passing through Sevilla and Valencia, respectively. 

The Spanish market offers the alternative of Cristian Stuani (Albacete), and  Adrián Colunga (Recreativo).

However club president Sanchez Llibre said that the decision is on the coach and if the new signings suited to their budget they will make effort to take some of them." If you ask me, I'm happy with the current squad " added Llibre.
