Elfsborg's forward James Keene out for about two weeks

Last Thursday forward James Keene took Elfsborg forward in the Europe league. Directly after the match he was driven to the hospital because of persistent abdominal pain.

And after a few days of tests the doctors could establish the diagnosis - the Elbsborg player is suffering from stomach ulcer.

- I have never felt worse pain in my life, it felt like someone constantly stabbed me with knives from inside the stomach, says Keene to Borås Tidning.


James Keene is now liable to be away from the team for up to two weeks.


-The doctor spoke about two weeks. Personally, I hope to be back next week, "he says.
