Stefano Lucchini from Sampdoria picks up an injury

The defender Stefano Lucchini suffered a set-back in a training match on Sunday. He got badly injured on the right knee. The medical exams will be done tomorrow, however, with regards to the gravity of the injury, he will not be available to Del Neri for the match against Palermo.
