Rasmus Bengtsson transfer to Hertha took another twist. Lazio complains for it to Fifa.

Trelleborg central defender Rasmus Bengtsson transfer to German squad Hertha Berlin have taken another twist.

Lazio continues to assertain that they have a valid contract with the Swedish player and have now notified the transfer to FIFA.

- The player's contract was about to go out, we were free to enter into contracts and we did. Now the player has signed two contracts, "said Lazio president Claudio Lotito to the site Eurosport.se.

Player's agent Oliver Cabrera argues that this is not the case.

- Lazio offered a contract that we approved, provided that Rasmus was OK and that Trelleborg agreed with Lazio. But they did not agree and then Rasmus said that he was to play with Berlin, "says Cabrera

If FIFA think that Lazio has the right Rasmus Bengtsson risks a year off.
