Luca Toni: “I am eager to play for Roma”

“I cannot wait to play for Roma”, said Bayern Munchen striker Luca Toni in an interview for “Gazetta dello Sport”. The 32-year old Italian rarely gets chances to play since Luis van Gaal is the Bayern manager and will almost certainly change clubs in the winter transfer period.

Although nothing is certain, and no contract  has been signed yet, Luca Toni’s wish is to continue his carrier, playing for AS Roma, and it seems as it will soon become a reality for the striker. Chelsea and Inter  are also interested in  Luca Toni.
