Rafa Benitez interested in signing Goran Pandev

Liverpool manager Rafa Benitez is interested in signing Macedonian international Goran Pandev. The 26 year-old striker ended his contract with Lazio recently and has been linked with a transfer to Italian champions Inter, but Liverpool might win the battle for his signature. Benitez is looking for options to strengthen his squad for the run for a top four league spot.

The former Lazio player is demanding a hundred thousand euro a week salary, because of his free agent status.
