Hoenes puts pressure on Ribery
" If Ribery doesn't renew his contract in the spring, it would be madness to keep him for the next season. If we don't sell him in the summer, he could leave as a free transfer in 2011. The Bavarians would therefore give "50-60 millions euros" said Bayern president further on a meeting with the fans of the club.
Hoenes apparently is trying to put pressure on Ribery as he want to renew the contract of their superstar earlier. He also described the intentions of Madrid and Chealsea for buying Ribery before the end of the season as "dreams".
Quite different is the case with Luca Toni. The Italian would like to leave Munich but up to now there is no serious interest from other clubs.
Hoenes also admitted Görlitz, Lell und Baumjohann should look around for new club. Brazilian Breno has some qualities but he will be let on loan to gain experience.
