Twente and Man United are in for Huntelaar
It is not only Twente but Manchester United also chases Klaas-Jan Huntelaar. He is said to be the aim of Alex Ferguson for the market in January. According to the Daily Mail, the former England coach Steve McClaren, now in charge at FC Twente, has long ago knocked at the door on via Turati asking for the availability of the 26 year-old Dutch, requesting aloan until the end of the season.
Arrived in the summer from Real Madrid, Huntelaar has so far collected only five games as a starter, scoring two goals in nine appearances on the field. Although for now he has preferred not to comment on market rumors, it is not a mystery that the Dutch striker has asked to play with more continuity to convince the Netherlands coach Bert van Marwijk to call him for the next World Cup.
