Near the court room, where the arbitration had a meeting regarding the case between Pandev and Lazio, there was another audience of similar character. It was abouth Massimo Mutarelli, who about a year ago has requested and got a dissolution of his contract with Lazio. The reason for the dissolvement was that Mutarelli was not brought in the squad for the 2008/09 pre-season summer camp. 

The lawyer of the midfielder stated that his client has suffered moral damages buecause of his non-involvement in the training camp. The next meeting in the court room will be on 20 January 2010. Mutarelli expected the decision to come in 24 hours, however, the sentence will not come even in January. There are many similarities between the case of Mutarelli and the one of Pandev, still there is a difference - the midfielder had 2 and a half years remaining, while the Macedonian has his contract expiring.
