Stoke's Kitson moves to Middlesboroug on loan

Kitson had his best days at Reading, where he scored 60 goals. But after joining Stoke he is far from this form.

Middlesbrough have decided to sign the out-of-favour striker Dave Kitson on a two-month loan. He is the third Boro loan signing since the arrival of new boss Gordon Strachan following. 

Kitson has just two goals in 25 Premier League games for Stoke after his £5.5m switch in the summer of 2008.
