The forwards got three and suspended four games by the KNVB respectively. They received suspensions following the red cards in the derby with Sparta Rotterdam (2-1 loss).

"I fully understand that such tackles are punished severely, but on the other hand, I see plenty of similar moments, especially these round, to be punished only with yellow cards or not even be punished."
