Roberto Olabe- the new coach of Almería

Roberto Olabe is the new coach of the UD Almería till the end of the season, after it has reached agreement with the club president Alfonso García Gabarrón. The board wasn’t happy about the last results of the Rojiblancos and the last hit was the bad performance at home against Athletic Bilbao.

Basque coach, 43 years old, will lead his first training session tomorrow with the team and will be presented officially on Thursday. Thereby Olabe Almeria return to the club where he was sports director and one of the architects of the rising to Primera Division. He is a technical and methodical worker and comes with Mikel Antia as assistant coach.

We expect the former Spanish goalkeeper to make some amendments in the bottom situated Almeria in the very fierce battle against the relegation in Primera.
