Another bloody tackle in Premier League
Bolton midfielder Stuart Holden will be sidelined for around six months, confirmed by the Reebok Stadium. Severe contusion of the international player of USA has occurred during the game against Manchester United this Saturday (1:0) when Jonny Evans came roughly at the feet of Holden in the 75th minute, because that defender of the Red Devils received a direct red card and Bolton player was removed on a stretcher. The player probably will miss his team for six weeks because of this knee injury.
It means he will take no further part in the season, including the FA Cup semi-final against Stoke City at Wembley on 17 April. He will also be unavailable for the US at this summer's Gold Cup.
"Holden has a great desire to play, a healthy psyche and mentality of a winner. This makes me sure that he will fully recover from severe injury," said Bolton manager Owen Coyle
