Julian Draxler- too talented, but too young

 The young German talent Julian Draxler has a problem with his age. The midfielder is only 17 years old. Schalke can have problems with the local work agency, after it became clear that actually Draksler never had the right to play in the match for the German Cup from the quarterfinals when he scored the decisive goal.

 According German law is prohibited minors to work between 20 pm and 6 am. The same goes for weekends, and only for sport is an exception and stated that minors may be employed professional sport only on weekends. In that goal, however, is not only a working day, but for game playing away after 20 hours. Fines in such cases are quite serious, as the lightest of them is 1000 euro.

 The situation is particularly complicated by the nature of the work of the players. If the minor is knowingly exposed to danger to obtain bodily injury, as is often the case with the players, even these which are responsible for that are threatened with imprisonment.
