Ried's magic scheme 3-3-3-1

Modern Football systems such as 4-4-2, 4-1-4-1 or 4-2-3-1 are currently being played in all leagues in the world. Also in Austria, nine out of ten clubs use this kind of systems.

But this is not right for Ried under coach Paul Gludovatz. With three of three chains and a striker, the successful coach has his team in the top of the table. In addition, they are also the fight for the Austrian FA Cup.

The first line is the defensive one, well lead by the experienced 36 defender Oliver Glasner. With only 13 goals conceded they are the best defense in Austria up to know. The next triple front chain is very flexible. They can behave depending on the situation it offensively or defensively.

infron of the last three midfielders sits Guillem Ried best striker ( 7 goals up to now) His position is purely focused on offensive tasks. The three players behind him (offensive midfielder) move ball the ball confusing the opponent defenders.

Another advantage of this scheme is that it is very flexible and could be easy adjusted to the opponents attack. Is going Ried for the title - there are two many rounds to predict but one thing is sure Glodavts has found the right tactic and it is matter could he motivated his team to the end.
