Juventus Spare Some Cash On Buffon Cover

With the prospect of having Gianluigi Buffon operated from hernia, which would sideline him for a couple of months in the coming season, Juventus decided to acquire Marco Storari from Milan. Despite having Alex Manninger and a couple of youth prospects, Storari will surely deputise a starting place once Buffon gets operated. 

The former Milan and Sampdorian keeper, currently 33, cost 4.5 mln EUR to the bianconeri. Storari was one of the players, who contributed for Sampdoria 4th place last season.
