Mjallby AIF closing on transferring Tobias Linderoth

Tobias Linderoth, and experienced defensive midfielder, has been retired from football since he left the Turkish side Galatasaray on 22.01.2010. He has been rumored for a transfer to Elfsborg and Mjallby AIFearlier, but none of the clubs managed to struck a deal with the experienced player. 

Linderoth wanted time to evaluate whether he should get back into football or leave the situation as is. 

But since he is very interested in buying a plot in Hällevik, which is very close to Mjallby the rumors for a switch have resumed. Mjallby AIF are said to be very interested in the player in order to boost their chances for a top finish in Allsvenskan.

Mjallby AIF are one of the biggest surprises this season, lying currently in 4th place and a sole point behind a place in the top 3.
